Wall construction • high stability and wind-resistance due to chalet-milling in every corner-joint • wall thickness of 45 mm have special profiles with conic double-groove and clip for even higher stability • gabel and block planks on the sides are adapted to the slope of the roof (as shown in the drawing)

Doors • doors with weather strips, georgian bars and pure glass (pane is silicone-based) • door frames 42 mm laminated (pic.1) • German branded locks and fittings in DIN, with cylinder lock (pic.2) • adjustable door-hinges (pic.3) •at a minimum wall thickness of 28 mm: doorpost lockside made of glued wood (see detail) • door with 28 mm wall thickness: windows with segmental blend effect • as from 45 mm wall thickness: double-glazed doors made of 42 mm glued wood • stainless steel tresholdstrip for an extra charge

roof construction • roof made from 19 mm tongue and groove boards • wall thickness of 28 mm: purlin width 60/140 mm • wall thickness of 33 mm: purlin width 80/160 mm • wall thickness of 45 mm: purlin width 80/160 mm and stronger depending on the size of the building (buildings at a minimum wall thickness of 45 mm are appropriate for real slate tiles. Please mention this in your order!) • optionally straight or cambered aperture at the gable (pic a) • triangular ledge at the gable for precise water drainage (pic b)

Windows • windows with weather strips, georgian bars and pure glass (pane is silicone-based) • windows with turn- /cant-mechanism up to a wall thickness of 33 mm • wall thickness of 28 mm windows are made with segmental blend effect • from 45 mm wall thickness: one-hand-roto turn-/cant-mechanisms, glass pane is double-glazed and with anodised aluminium water bar • windows in different sizes

individual options • roofing with roofing shingles for pavilion models for an extra charge (for our other buildings you can order shingle packages) • at a minimum wall thickness of 28 mm: windows and doors with inside georgian bars (brass) for an extra charge (without disturbing by wooden georgian bars easy cleaning of the pane is warranted) • prefabricated buildings and pavilion models custom-made single-coloured or two coloured varnished for an extra charge • individual making of your dream building, incl. windows and doors • complete prefabricated shutters available for all windows for an extra charge
